When will I get my products? 

Our standard shipping takes 4-7 business days to process your order and 14-21 business days for shipping.  We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner. Any unforeseen issues or problems with the Currier or logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible.

We do not guarantee shipping time frames. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.

Some of our items ship directly from our headquarters in California, while others will ship to you directly from the artists in their country of origin.

Many of our items will ship separately, so you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers. 

My item arrived damaged, now what do I do?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for the expense of shipping it to us. Please contact us first for a return address; do not ship it back to the supplier. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels. Once the item is received and inspected, we will email you with a status update. If the return is accepted, you will be reimbursed the entire purchase amount.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our return system to get a full refund.

How should I wash my clothes?

In order to best preserve your outfits, we suggest hand washing or using low and cold in a machine. Do not dry in the dryer. Hang drying is recommended.
